In Mighty No. 9 you play as the android; Beck in a 2D platforming game that blends 2D and 3D artwork and animation, it’s produced by Keiji Inafune co-creator of Mega Man. Mighty No. 9 very closely resembles that kind of gameplay and is considered by many as its spiritual successor. This game started on Kickstarter and got funded real quick and keep adding stretch goals. The story goes like that at some point a computer virus attacks the rest of Beck’s fellow units, as well as the other machines around the world. The player must fight these rogue robots and discover who the final villain is that threatens the fate of the planet.
