Hi and welcome to another Battlebread update! I know it has been a while since I did one of these. But here is a bit of a recap and a peak into the future at what I’m working on.

Website Updates
The website got updated from HTTP to HTTPS. This change will result in additional security for you and it also should provide a nice speed boost. Those are both two really good thing 😀
I finished updating all the Battleborn Character Profile Pages back in February. The update included all the changes that came with the big winter update. In December 2016, I already made some changes to the layout of those pages, so now they are accurate and in shape. When changing the layout I was also planning on adding Kitru’s Holistic Guides to each of these profile pages to make them more awesome. However, because these guides are so massive I decided to give them their own page so they can shine on their own. Kitru also has been getting his Battleborn in-depth guides up-to-date to the new winter update and in case you haven’t noticed I have started posting them here on the site.
I noticed some complaints recenly about the lack of hotfixes to Battleborn, therefore, I wrote an article about stuff that’s being worked on. I still want to make youtube videos of some of my articles, but my mic broke and I still haven’t replaced it with a new one.
Some awesomeness that happened since the last Battlebread update was the awesome shout out at Pax East 2017 during the ‘Inside Gearbox Panel’ about my Borderlands 3 Easter Egg Video. But recently I also got a shout-out at the Xbox NL Live stream from 2K Benelux which was really nice.
With all the Nintendo Switch hype I have been making some The Legend of Zelda Wallpapers. I have been a fan of the series for a long time, and it was fun to change up the content a bit. I haven’t played Breath of the Wild yet, because the Nintendo Switch is sold out here in Holland so I don’t have one.
I’m also looking forward to the new Super Mario Odyssey. This kinda sparked the idea again to make some more game wallpapers of various popular video games. I have been looking into it and I do have a few in mind that I would like to do, sadly I haven’t found the time to actually make them (yet).
I’m also triggered to do some more Borderlands content. Creating the thumbnail art for my BL3 easter egg video was fun. Getting back to making some more fan art in the Borderlands style would be awesome. This already resulted in my first Borderlands 3 Wallpapers. This passion for the Borderlands franchise also sparked my interest in the recent developments with the community patch, so yeah I’ll be making some more Borderlands content. But don’t worry I still got plans for some interesting Battleborn content coming up.
