Baron Noggin is a ‘Named Enemy’ in Borderlands 3. This mini-boss is also one of Zero’s Target of Opportunity challenges. His underground lair is crawling with Ratches.
Where can I find Baron Noggin in Borderlands 3?
Baron Noggin is located in the Meridian Metroplex on the planet Promethea. He’s hiding in a small underground chamber a short distance south-west from “Dinasty Diner”
