Hag of Fervor is a Proving Ground Boss in Borderlands 3. You encounter them at the end of the Trial of Fervor on The Skydrowned Pulpit.

You can farm Hag of Fervor for the Phasezerker and the Shockerator as it is the dedicated loot source for these items. But on True Trials, it also drops the Convergence and the Maggie. Hag of Fervor’s legendary items have a 50% drop chance.
