Knight Mare is the seventh main Boss that you encounter in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. You are confronted with her at the end of the ninth main quest, “Soul Purpose”. This boss is a corrupted version of Queen Butt Stallion and acts as the gatekeeper to the Fearamid.
You can find Knight Mare at the end of Ossu-Gol Necropolis. You can use the “Hall of Heroes” Fast Travel Station to easily access this arena once you unlocked it.

How to Defeat Knight Mare
The boss battle with Knight Mare has 2 phases.
|Yellow Armor Bar||Weak against Poison Damage|
|Grey Bone Bar||Weak against Frost Damage|
Knight Mare will charge into you at the start of the fight. You can avoid this by strafing to the side. When the Boss is near you, she will try and hit you with her axe.
The Boss will perform a spin attack, similar to the Brr-Zerker’s Dreadwind Action skill. During this attack, Knight Mare will be immune to any damage. You can tell by the life bars becoming locked away in the HUD. Also, jaws will be launched all around as small projectiles. They look more intimidating than they are, as they almost don’t deal any damage. These projectiles commonly don’t fly out in the direction Knight Mare is moving towards.
When the Armor Bar is gone Knight Mare starts spitting out a barrage of fireballs after each charge or whirlwind attack. These projectiles fly in a spiraling curve and can travel to the other side of the arena.
Skeletons will spawn throughout the fight. They can be used for Second Winds. Although the Archer types can be annoying as they can attack you from a great distance.

Knight Mare will turn into a transparent blue ghost during this phase of the fight. She will teleport to a new location and will fire a barrage of lightning orbs toward you similar to the barrage of fireballs.
After the initial attacks, the Boss will once gain teleport away and create a shockwave guided by ghost butt stallions. You will need to duck in the lowered center of the arena to avoid the shockwave. The shockwave will always come from the location of the Boss, moving from there to the other side of the arena.
When Knight Mare holds a bright glowing axe, she will perform a slice attack that covers the whole arena. A horizontal slice on the lower area will force you to move to the lowest section in the center. A vertical slice performed on the upper area will create a barrier that will damage you. Both will limit the space you can operate in.
Knight Mare will continue to barrage you with lightning orbs throughout the fight after she performed a shockwave or barrier slice.
There will spawn a few skeletons during this phase to score a second wind.
You can activate one of the pillars by pressing the button that is on the front side of each pillar.
