Minosaur is a Named Enemy in DLC3 of Borderlands 3. He is also on the “Skin to Win” list. Minosaur is located in Bloodsun Canyon on the Planet Gehenna. You will encounter it in a side area at the start of the map in the Talbot’s Footsteps area.
