Phoenix is a ‘Legendary Hunt‘ in Borderlands 3. It’s a unique Rakk that will rise out of its ashes twice. You need to defeat Phoenix for Sir Hammerlock’s Crew Challenge.
Where can I find the Phoenix in Borderlands 3?
The Phoenix is located in The Splinterlands on the planet Pandora. When you enter the Splinterlands at Pit’s Stop, grab a vehicle and follow the left canyon wall. There will be a plateau next to a save station. Climb up and follow the path to Phoenix’s lair. 
Which legendary items does Phoenix drop?
You can farm Phoenix for these legendary weapons as it is the dedicated loot source for these items. Phoenix has a 30% legendary drop chance.
