Psychobillies are ‘Named Enemies’ in Borderlands 3. These mini-bosses are also one of Zero’s Target of Opportunity challenges. The group consists of Billee, Billi, Billie, and Billy. However, only Billy can drop the dedicated loot.

Psychobillies are located in Ambermire on the planet Eden-6. They can be found behind the waterfall next to the Rogue’s Hollow. Jump to the right when jumping out the window.
Which legendary items do Psychobillies drop?
You can farm Psychobillies for the Devil’s Foursum, Kaos, and the Electric Banjo as he is the dedicated loot source for these items. Psychobillies’ legendary items have a 10% drop chance.
