Pterodomini is a Named Enemy in DLC3 of Borderlands 3. It is also on the “Skin to Win” list. Pterodomini is located in The Blastplains on the Planet Gehenna. You will encounter it near the “Amplicore Veins” area but you need to have unlocked the teleporters.
