Where can I find the Splinter Group in Borderlands 2?
Splinter Group are Named Enemies in Borderlands 2. Lee, Mike, Dan, and Ralph are located in the Bloodshot Stronghold region on the Planet Pandora. You encounter them during and after the side mission “Splinter Group” in the Rat’s Nest area. This mission is obtained from Patricia Tannis after completing the main mission “A Dam Fine Rescue”. 
Which legendary items does the Splinter Group drop?
You can farm the Splinter Group for the Storm Front as he is the dedicated loot source for this item. Splinter Group’s legendary item has a 10% drop chance.
