True Trials Returns
Due to the success of the True Trials Mini-Event, Gearbox Software added a feature with this week’s Patch that allows you to toggle the increased difficulty. Now, when you enter one of the Proving Grounds you will stumble upon a switch similar to those you can find in the Takedowns. When you activate the switch you will enable the True Trials.
You need to flip the switch before you start the mission. When doing so the boss at the end of the Proving Grounds will have Raid Boss levels of health making the fight more challenging. But with each challenge comes a reward.
True Trials Rewards
During True Trials, the chest will always be filled with Legendaries, regardless of how quickly you completed it or how many objectives you scored.
Class Mods and Artifacts have an increased chance to drop in Proving Ground Trials chests.
The loot changes on each boss just as it did during the original True Trials events.
