Borderlands is coming to the next generation consoles
Hey guys, upgrades are incoming! Gearbox Software and 2K Games just announced at PAX Online that Borderlands 3 is coming to the next-gen consoles. And you know what the best thing is that we are getting free upgrades!!! Well at least if you stay in the same console family. So if you own borderlands 3 on the Xbox One you get a free upgrade on Xbox series X. And if you own the game on PlayStation 4 you can get the upgrade on PS5. This applies to all your content including your save games. You’ll be able to bring everything over to the new console generation.
New Features
The Borderlands 3 single player will run in 4K at 60 fps on the ps5 and Xbox series X. Another thing that you can do with the power of these consoles is enjoy the game in a 4 player split-screen couch co-op on the next generation. Then there is a highly requested feature coming to the game. Vertical split screen. This feature is also being brought to the current generation as a free update in a future patch.
