Borderlands 4 releases on September 12, 2025, and fans are eagerly awaiting to secure their copy of the game; however, you can currently only wishlist Borderlands 4 as the game still doesn’t have a set price point.
Randy Pitchford addressed that Borderlands 4’s price point is still up for debate during Gearbox’s main theater show at PAX East; however, he also casually dropped the existence of a collector’s edition of the game during the show’s giveaway segment, as each contestant will receive a Borderlands 4 Collector’s Edition once the game ships.
Randy did not reveal the content of the Collector’s Edition, so we can only speculate at what’s to come. A Borderlands Collector’s Edition usually includes the base game, the Pre-Order Bonus, Bonus Cosmetics, and the Season Pass content. Gearbox Software and 2K Games have done Collector’s Editions for Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3 that contained a loot chest filled with goodies like artwork, stickers, figurines, SHIFT Codes, and more.
This article will be updated once more information about the Borderlands 4 Game Editions are announced.
