Borderlands 4 Roadmap 2025
Gearbox has pledged to support Borderlands 4 with both free and paid post-launch content following release, including two new playable Vault Hunters and extended story content.

- May 1, 2025: GBX announced the Main Theater Show at PAX East on May 8, 2025, with a BL4 Deep Dive.
- April 30, 2025: GBX announced a Borderlands 4 Hands-on Event in June 2025 after their exclusive State of Play.
- February 12, 2025: GBX announced Exclusive Borderlands 4 State of Play in Spring.
- December 13, 2024: GBX announced a Gameplay Reveal in Early 2025 after Debut Trailer at the Game Awards.
- August 27, 2024: GBX announced more Borderlands 4 news in the coming weeks/months at their Developer Panel.
