The Borderlands community raise $64,320.37 for St. Jude during the Borderlands 3 Hunt 2024 event. This is more than the previous BL3 Hunt and brought the total amount raised for charity to over $400,000 !!!
The Borderlands Charity Team originally announced after their Borderlands Marathon that the next event would start in August, however, preparation for the event is taking longer, and therefore the next Borderlands Hunt took place from September 13 to September 22, 2024.
During these events, the Borderlands Community is challenged to obtain every legendary item in the game. The goal is to collect all the items as fast as possible but also raise money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
This time The Hunt will take place on Pandora… and Promethea… and Athenas… and Eden 6… and Nekrotafeyo. In other words, The scavenger run will take place in Borderlands 3 this time. The Borderlands Hunt at the start of the year took place in Borderlands 2 so it’s good to see them switch up the game.
The Previous Borderlands 3 Hunt was the In The Shades Edition where The Borderlands Community managed to raise $51,671.59 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital during the event.
