CO-OP LOOT DROP MINI-EVENT
The Co-op Loot Drop Mini-Event returns to Borderlands 3! During this event, you will get more loot from Badass enemies when you are playing in co-op. You can also benefit from this while playing split-screen, so grab that second controller. If you don’t have anyone to play with at the moment, you can always jump into matchmaking and find a buddy to play with. The more people you play with the more loot there will drop in the game, so team up for this event.
The Co-op Loot Drop Mini-Event will be live from December 17, until January 21. That’s 5 weeks of co-op fun!!! You do need to be online in order for this to work since this event is applied through a hotfix. To make sure the necessary content is downloaded, you have to wait in the main menu for a few seconds. You will see a sign appear on the pole behind your character that says “Hotfix Applied”.
This time around the event will also work in all of the DLC’s. So it doesn’t matter if you are playing Moxxi’s Heist of The Handsome Jackpot, Guns, Love, and Tentacles: The Marriage of Wainwright & Hammerlock, Bounty of Blood, Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck, or even Arms Race from Designer’s Cut. Although the effect of this event is a bit lower in Arms Race due to the balancing of this game mode.
