Godfall is officially launching on November 12 for the PlayStation 5 & PC via Epic Games Store. It was known that the game would launch in late 2020 but the release date was kept under wraps as it’s a PS5 Launch game.
For the longest time, Sony didn’t announce the release date of their newest console. However, since that cat is out of the bag now we also know the release date for Godfall.
Since the PS5 release of Godfall is tied to the launch of the console in your region. Basically, Godfall is a launch game for the Playstation 5, so if the console is launching a bit later in your region so will the game.
You can purchase the base game, a deluxe edition that includes an upcoming expansion pack, and the ascended edition that also contains the DLC plus additional cosmetic items.
Godfall Pre-Order Bonuses
There are 3 editions of Godfall available for purchase and if you pre-order the game you will receive some additional goodies. You will get some starting gear, additional skins, and a special bonus weapon.
Godfall Steam Release?
Godfall is currently an EPIC Games Store PC exclusive game. It is currently unknown if the game will be released on Steam. Godfall is slated to be exclusive to Epic Games Store on PC for 12 months. After that exclusive timeframe, everything is possible.
Godfall Xbox Release?
Godfall is currently a PS5 console exclusive game. If you check the Playstation Trailers of Godfall you can see the fine print stating Godfall is a ‘Console exclusive for a limited time’. This means Counterplay Games will first release the game on Sony’s Playstation platform. When the game sells well enough, the developer can focus on porting the game to other platforms while the cooldown time expires.
