The linear story campaign of Immortals of Aveum has a length of 18 chapters and will approximately take 15 hours to complete. A completionist who engages in the Metroidvania gameplay will clock in at least another 5 additional hours.
How much gameplay is there in Immortal of Aveum?
Immortals of Aveum is the first game that is developed by Ascendant Studios. This magic shooter features a story campaign that takes you around 15 to 20 hours to complete. This is way more than your regular Call of Duty Single Player Campaign that only lasts ~6 hours.
Immortals of Aveum has more to offer than just a linear story experience. While it isn’t an Open World game, there are side areas and a hub to explore that feature some Metroidvania gameplay. Because some sections can only be accessed once you manage to get skills that are only obtainable later on in the game.
There are a ton of collectibles hidden throughout the game for you to find. you will find some of the best gear in hidden dungeons. Personally, I went for the completionist run on my first playthrough and I clocked in at 60 Hours as I tried to discover every inch of the game.
