Immortals of Aveum is a brand new IP and to bring its universe alive, Ascendant Studios has no one other than industry veteran Michael Kirkbride to create the rich lore. Michael Kirkbride is known for his work on The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and Oblivion, The Walking Dead, and Batman: Enemy Within.
Ascendant Studios set out to create a vibrant fantasy world with Immortals of Aveum that’s on the brink of destruction and filled with a unique cast of characters.
In the trailer above, you can get a taste of the story to come. The scene takes place in the War Chamber of the Palathon. This is a floating fortress in southern Lucium and the headquarters of the Order of the Immortals.
Jak (Darren Barnet) returned from the Front with an artifact, the Binding Stone, which he was supposed to destroy… and not keep. Now he must convince his fellow Immortals – Kirkan (Gina Torres) and Zendara (Lily Cowles) – that he made the right decision.
