Hey and welcome to another Channel Update. In these blogs, I want to give you an update on what has been going on in my life and on the website as I strive to create a kickass resource for you.
Personal
January is always a busy month in my family as there are a lot of birthdays. One of them was the birthday of my son, Mike! He’s 4 years old now and is now eligible for school.
Another Birthday was that of my mother, however, my father was still recovering from his surgery back then. He has made a full recovery since, so that’s great news.
I finished the campaign of RiftBreakers. You play as a mech and need to build and protect a base on an alien planet. While you gather resources and research new tech the wildlife is out to get you. It’s kinda an RTS as you set up your defenses and you have your resource management. While the defenses can do a lot for you, you do have to do the heavy lifting. So you need to craft weapons and mods to upgrade your mech. I had fun and time passed way too fast while playing this.
Website
I fixed a bug that prevented the pagination from working in some cases. So if you had some issues going through some of the index pages. That should all work fine now.
There are always a ton of small tweaks to the site and the content but I try to avoid posting all the minor details as that isn’t really interesting for you. Therefore, I try and tell things with broad brush strokes.
There is some content in the works that I’m really excited about, however, I’m planning to release this a bit later down the road.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands
I added guides for all the (Obelisk) Bosses to the site in December, however, you are now able to view them all in a Boss Overview Page on the Wonderlands HUB that has them all listed.
I added some more Chaos LVL100 builds to the site. The old Chaos LVL50 builds will still carry you to at least Chaos LVL75 if I have to play it safe. They might as well get you all the way up to Chaos LVL100 but in some cases, you might need some more survivability.
A lot of pages received some minor tweaks and I’m still doing the weekly rotations keeping you up-to-date on the latest events in the game.
Something cool happened as I was able to Interview EPICNNG in regards to Wonderlands Redux. He’s trying to add new experiences to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands but also 1UP his previous work (Borderlands 3 Redux).

Borderlands 3
Just like with Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, I made a bunch of small changes to multiple pages.
I updated some of the old Borderlands 3 Guides as they were written during the game’s release and things have changed since then.
I discovered that I didn’t have a guide for the Puzzle Cube in Desolation’s Edge as I was researching some other stuff. So I took care of that while I’m preparing a bunch of Borderlands 3 content, which should be rolling out over the coming days.

Redfall
Redfall is kinda Arkane Studios’ Looter Shooter with Vampires, therefore, I compared Redfall against Borderlands 3. While there are overlaps between them, they both are offering a unique experience.
There was a lot of new info in the Developer Deep Dive and I spend days analyzing the footage. I went over the video frame-by-frame, therefore, you will find a lot more information about the game on my site than on other sites because I made some interesting discoveries.
I updated all of the established pages with new content from the Developer Deep Dive. So you will find more info & screenshots in the articles. I even updated all these pages with new featured images.

Borderlands Movie
The news hit that the Borderlands Movie was doing some reshoots. The talk of the week was why and why a new director was doing this.
Randy Pitchford geeked out on Twitter about the fact that he’s back in the studio for the reshoots. In his excitement, he also talked about his Crazy Earl Cameo, which I have opinions about.
While we are all still waiting to see the final result, I do get some enjoyment from Randy’s Twitter Feed as it seems to be a passion project.
