Update
[06/06/2019] Gearbox Software and 2K Games confirmed that they will show off Moze at E3 2019. You can find the 2K stand at Booth 1001 in the South Hall. You probably going to recognize the 2K Booth by the Calypso Twins (and the Vault Hunters) standing in front of it.

[05/26/2019] Randy Pitchford, president of Gearbox Software, confirmed that Borderlands 3 will be at e3 2019. He already mentioned this during the first gameplay reveal event, however, this time on Twitter he also gave out a few details on what we can expect to see.
Borderlands 3 will be playable at the 2K Booth. At E3, Gearbox Software and 2K Games will off new gameplay, a new vault hunter, and a new planet. Randy also mentioned they have a few surprises in store for us.
New Vault Hunter
At the previous event, they showed off the Vault Hunters, Zane and Amara. This leaves us with Moze and FL4K that still need to be presented. I think they will show Moze at the event. I know FL4K is currently higher in the polls, this way they can save the “best” for last. Moze is also labeled as the gunner, a pretty mainstream class, which would fit with the theme of the event. Since FL4K is a pet class, this could give Gearbox some more time to get the AI of the pets good. This is purely based on assumptions and is, therefore, speculation but it’s my best guess.
New planet
We have seen a bit of the desert on Pandora and the Atlas city on Promethea. If they will show a new planet I assume it will also feature a new environment. An easy guess would be the jungle just so they can show how diverse the game is. Hopefully, we will then see some fan-favorite characters return like Tina, Brick, and Mordecai.
Surprises
Earlier we learned that we would hear more about Borderlands 3 end game content at E3. I don’t know if this is one of the surprises that Randy was talking about. Maybe the twitch extension is getting additional features?
