Christopher Rager is an American voice actor who works on anime series at Funimation. His major roles include Mr. Satan in Dragon Ball and Arlong in One Piece. However, we know his best as Mr. Torgue in the Borderlands series.

On Twitter, Chris subtly mentioned that he will be back for Borderlands 3. Mister Torgue High-Five Flexington is the founder of the weapon manufacturer Torgue.
Torgue Weaponry
Torgue weapons are known for their explosive power. Their weapons shoot out micro-missiles. In Borderlands 3, Gearbox added a new mechanic to the weapon manufacturer. You can switch between regular and sticky-projectile fire modes. Sticky projectiles will do more damage if a bunch of them detonate on the same target.
