Extractor Breach Event

With the release of the Designer’s Cut, the EchoCAST Twitch extension receives a big update.  This 5th DLC adds a new skill tree to each of the Vault Hunters and a brand new stand-alone game mode called Arms Race. Because Arms Race delivers a unique experience, the EchoCast received upgrades to complement that mode.

When a streamer plays Arms Race you are able to participate in the new Extractor Breach Event. In Arms Race players are dropped in without any gear. They will need to find loot in order to survive this 1-life challenge.  During this mode, the player has the ability to extract gear and send it to their bank space. With the Extractor Breach Event, you will be able to participate in this event and score a copy of that gear.

This event will replace the normal Red Chest Event but functions in a similar way, the only difference is the trigger and the ability for the streamer to choose the loot. When a streamer is playing Arms Race, the existing Moxxtail Event, Badass Viewer Event, and Pinata Event all work the same way.

Echocast in Arms Race

When a streamer is playing Arms Race the ECHOcast Twitch Extension receives some adjustments.  The inventory, skill trees, and Guardian Rank tabs are hidden as those are disabled during the game mode.  However, you will get a new Map Tab that renders the in-game map along with points of interest.
