Dazzling New Trailer at The GameAwards
Will Arnett and Ashly Burch presented the Story Trailer of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands at the Game Awards. The trailer gave a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming fantasy looter shooter from Gearbox Software and 2K Games.
As someone who is looking forward to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, I kinda hoped to learn more about the playable classes, however, I understand that The Game Awards isn’t the place to showcase that. Therefore, a story trailer that features an amazing cast is the way to go.
That said, there are a ton of things to spot in this trailer that should make you excited. There are even a few things that will make Borderlands fans scream with excitement!
Trailer Highlights
Here are some of the things I want to highlight
- The trailer showcases a range of character customization options as you see a wide variety of heroes pass by.
- While the trailer starts with the beanstack world, you quickly are introduced to various other landscapes and they look interesting.
- The 3 Layer structure of the game is once again enforced by this trailer as it showcases how Tiny places things on the game board. This happens with intent as she places a boss statue on the field but also unintented as there is a cheeto on the Overworld.
- This trailer wants to feature multiple things, while it’s “Story Trailer” you clearly see they want to emphise this game is fun.
- Borderlands references
