About the Anarchy:
The Anarchy is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Tediore Shotgun is a call back to Gaige in Borderlands 2. In that game, she had a skill called Anarchy that allowed her to gain stacks that increased her damage and reduced her accuracy. This weapon does the same thing. When you manage to get ALL THE STACKS, the Anarchy deal A LOT OF DAMAGE!!! (1370% to be precise but hey who’s counting)
Special Weapon Effect:
“The stacks… THE STACKS!”
- Every automatic reload or kill grants 30% damage and reduces accuracy.
- Stacks 10 Times.

How to get the Anarchy?:
The Anarchy can be obtained from any suitable loot source, as a world drop on Xylourgos, in the Guns, Love, and Tentacles DLC. Check out this guide for Best Legendary Farm Location in DLC2. It also has a 12.5% chance of dropping from Kukuwajack who is located in Negul Neshai.
Where is the Kukuwajack located?
You can farm Kukuwajack in Negul Neshai on Xylourgos. It’s one of the Hammerlock’s Occult Hunt objectives. You encounter this beast on your way to the end of the map just before the area’s final boss.
Is the Anarchy any good?
Yes! the Anarchy is a great but you do have to watch out for its splash damage. That said you should definitely farm one for yourself.
Trivia:
- The flavor text and special effect are a reference to Gaige’s Anarchy skill in Borderlands 2. Its ricocheting bullets are based on a standard Anarchy build, which involves the use of the Close Enough skill to offset Anarchy’s harsh accuracy decrease.
Changelog:
- Hotfix July 23, 2020
- Players can no longer emote cancel to exploit Anarchy stacks.
