About the Bird of Prey:
The Bird of Prey is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3 and part of The Director’s Cut. This is a slow but hard-hitting Jakobs Sniper. The Bird of Prey has a chance to spawn an additional projectile from above that will home into that enemy. This homing projectile 33% chance of spawning and will deal 600% damage.
With the additional projectile, the Jakobs ricochet, and Guardian Rank Overkill perk, this can be a fun mobbing weapon.

How to get the Bird of Prey?
The Bird of Prey is a Director’s Cut exclusive Legendary. You can get one by leveling up your ‘Fallen Heroes’ Vault Card. It will cost you 5 ‘Fallen Hero’ Vault Card Keys. The first one is a fixed reward and will be unanointed. When you redeem your next one it will be anointed. Vault Card weapons will always be redeemed at your character’s level.

I rarely use any sniper in BL3. Except for bosses everything is always jumping around too much to bother with them.
