About the Bloom:
The Bloom is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. It is a Jakobs Pistol with a high base damage and that is able to charge up to empty the whole magazine in one burst. Charged shots also deal Non-Elemental Splash Damage. The Bloom has fixed parts, only the reload speed can vary between 1.8 sec and 2.0 sec.

The Bloom has a 50% chance of dropping exclusively from the Ruiner who is located in Crater’s Edge on Gehenna.
Ruiner can be found in Crater’s Edge on Gehenna. It’s the final boss in the Bounty of Blood DLC. Make your way to the end of this small map.
The Bloom is a very good weapon, you should definitely farm one for yourself.
