About the Boomer:
The Boomer is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Dahl SMG can quickly deal decent damage, however, it’s not that good on enemies with a shield or armor.

How to get the Boomer?:
The Boomer can be obtained from any loot source inside the Moxxi’s Heist on the Handsome Jackpot DLC but has a 50% chance of dropping from Claptrap Prime who is located in The Compactor on the Handsome Jackpot.

Notes:
