The Cape of Tides is one of the Legendary Armor in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. This Armor is manufactured by Valora and is part of the Coiled Captors DLC.

Special Legendary Effect
When it rains, it floods.
When you score a Critical Hit you have a 25% Chance to trigger a Water Nova that applies the Soak effect to enemies for 10 seconds.
Soaked enemies take +50% damage from Lighting and Frost Damage, but -50% from Fire Damage.
The Cape of Tides passively increases the duration of all Soaked effects by +76%.
How to get the Cape of Tides?
- You can obtain the Cape of Tides randomly as a World Drop from any suitable loot source after you have beaten “Chums” the old god on Run 4.
- You can also get it from the Barf Bunnies within the Chaos Chamber after you have beaten “Chums” the old god on Run 4.
Notes
- A bug prevents the increased Soaked Duration.
