Cheat Code is a mission reward for completing the mission System Shutdown, which is the final main story mission in the Claptastic Voyage DLC. In this DLC the Cheat Code can also show up as an item of the day in one of Marcus’ vending machines.
How to Grind the Cheat Code ?:
You can use the Grinder to create the Cheat Code. While there is no guaranteed recipe, you can combine 2 Legendary weapons and 1 Purple SMG to obtain a random legendary SMG. Be sure to make it a luneshine grind for a “guaranteed” legendary and also get a chance of getting a luneshine buff.
