Legendary Effect:
The legendary effect on the Chrono Key will reduce all active skill cooldowns for every 2000 damage you deal.
How to get the Chrono Key ?
The Chrono Key can be obtained by defeating Guarian Vyn who is a mid-boss in episode 5 of the story campaign, The Sentinel. This piece of gear will only drop on Advanced difficulty.
