The Electric Banjo is a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Eridian Artifact gives your bullets a chance to inflict shock damage. It will create chain lightning between multiple enemies.
The Electric Banjo can be useful when you are up against Maliwan troopers who often have a shield or Eridian Guardians who only have a shield as a life bar.
Special Weapon Effect:
“We never could have foreseen the success.”
- 20% chance for each shot landed to arc electricity to a nearby enemy, dealing shock damage.
- Increased shock damage and resistance.
How to get the Electric Banjo?:
The Electric Banjo can be obtained from any loot source but has a 10% chance to drop from the Psychobillies located in Ambermire on Eden-6. Only, Billy can drop the legendary.
Stats:
The Electric Banjo artifact will grant the following bonuses:
- Shock resistance
- Shock damage
Notes:
The Shock Chain Damage is based on your weapon’s projectile damage. It deals 25.5% damage of the initial damage and then applies the shock elemental multiplier.
Chain Damage = Bullet Damage x 0.25 x v1 x v2 x Shock Elemental Multiplier
The Electric Banjo can benefit from bonus elemental damage annointments
Chain Bonus Element Damage = Bullet Damage x 0.255 x Bonus Element % x Elemental Modifier
