About the Faulty Star:
The Faulty Star is a Legendary Item in Borderlands 3. This Hyperion Shield has a chance to trigger a nova at the attacking enemy when the shield takes damage. Your shield needs to be at full capacity in order for this to work.
Elements:
None, Incendiary, Shock, Corrosive, Cryo, and Radiation.
Special Weapon Effect:
“Some infinities are bigger than other infinities.”
- When damaged, it has a chance to trigger a nova around the attacking enemy.
- Spawns with 2 random additional components
How to get the Faulty Star?:
The Faulty Star can be obtained in the Fantastic Fustercluck DLC. It has a 10% chance of dropping from Locomöbius who is located at Sapphire’s Run in Krieg’s Mind. It’s the train boss at the end of the map. But the Faulty Star can also randomly drop from any suitable loot source.
