About the Firewall:
The Firewall is a Legendary item in Borderlands 3. This is a Hyperion Shield with a projected shield. When the projected shield takes damage it has a chance to fire projectiles at the attacker. On top of that, a portion of the projectile’s damage restores the shield. If successful you can sustain your projected shield for an extended time.

How to get the Firewall?:
The Firewall is a Revenge of the Cartels Legendary. You can get it from Josie Byte, Franco Firewall, and Joey Ultraviolet in Villa Ultraviolet during the Revenge of the Cartels Event.

- Joey Ultraviolet: 11%
- Josie Byte: 6.6% or 11.6% when next to Joey
- Franco Firewall: 6.6% or 11.6% when next to Joey
