About the Frozen Devil:
The Frozen Devil is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This Maliwan Pistol is all about freezing your enemies and then swapping your firing mode to deal massive damage. The Frozen Devil doesn’t have a high base damage but it does have a very high Cryo efficiency. By shooting your enemies with the continuous cryo laser beam you can freeze them pretty effectively unless the target itself cannot be frozen. But if you swap over to the Ice Spike firing mode you can get massive critical hit damage when shoot those frozen targets.

The Frozen Devil has a 12.5% chance of dropping from Kukuwajack who is located in Negul Neshai on Xylourgos.
Trivia:
- The weapon’s special effect and the red flavor text are a direct reference to Mei in Overwatch. She has a quote “Sorry! Sorry! I’m sorry-sorry…” also her Endothermic Blaster has similar firing modes.
