About the Gargoyle:
The Gargoyle is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This COV Pistol shoots corrosive darts that deal damage on impact and then explode dealing this same amount of damage again. When you fire the Gargoyle it frequently shoots out the blobs in a small arc. This is where the real power of this weapon lies as these will do 5 times the base damage. The Gargoyle can eat through your ammo as it consumes 2 ammo per shot. It can come in an x2 variant that consumes 3 ammo per shot.
Elements:
Corrosive: Corrosive damage is strong against Armor and causes targets to melt. Melting deals high damage over a 7-second duration.
Special Weapon Effect:
“Defender of the night.”
- Always corrosive.
- Has a chance to fire corrosive blobs in a small arc that deal 5x the damage to its regular projectiles.

The Gargoyle has a 33% chance of dropping from Dickon Goyle who is located in Bloodsun Canyon on Gehenna. But this weapon can also ‘World Drop’ in the Bounty of Blood DLC.

Dickon Goyle can be found in Bloodsun Canyon on Gehenna. He’s part of the ‘Most Wanted’ Crew Challenge. Us the Fast Travel Station to go to the Presentation Room. Continue to move towards the end of the map. However, you need to make a detour and go into the side-quest area. You are looking for a dude with dragon wings.
