The Gatling Gun is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3. This is a fully auto Jakobs Assault Rifle and as you keep shooting the fire rate will increase.
Elements:
- None: Physical Damage is useful against everything. It has no special properties but also does not suffer weaknesses.
Special Weapon Effect:
“Watch me crank it, watch me roll.”
- Fully automatic firing mode.
- High fire rate and magazine size.
- Fire rate increases as you keep shooting.
- Bullets Ricochet on scoring a critical hit and have a +10% Critical Hit damage bonus.
Where to get the Gatling Gun?
The Gatling Gun has a 15% chance of dropping from Sheega who is located in Devil’s Razor on Pandora. But can also be obtained as a ‘World Drop’ from any suitable loot source.
Where can I find Sheega?
You can find Sheega in Devil’s Razor on Pandora. You encounter her during a Tina Side Mission at Sheega’s Kennels
Is the Gatling Gun any good?
The Gatling Gun deals decent damage but you want to create a build around it to make it viable on higher difficulty tiers.
Notes
- Moze can benefit from the increasing fire rate as she can boost the weapon’s magazine size and ammo regeneration, and therefore, keep it at max fire rate with her Bottomless Mags skills
- The Gatling Gun occasionally appears in Maurice’s Black Market.
