The Hotfoot Teddy is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3 and is part of the Designer’s Cut DLC. This Torgue Assault Rifle acts like a flamethrower. It locks onto the enemy in front of you and when other enemies are nearby the flame will chain to them. The Hotfoot Teddy will deal increased damage the longer you fire. This is a great weapon for mobbing.

- Increases damage the longer you fire (max ~+90% after 4 seconds).
- Locks onto an enemy and chains to nearby enemies.

The Hotfoot Teddy is an Arms Race exclusive Legendary. It can randomly drop from any suitable loot source within the Stormblind Complex located on Pandora. However, you have a high chance of getting the Hotfoot Teddy from the Loot Room at Seepage & Creepage / location A on the map.
