How to get the Eyes of the Kul?

The Eyes of the Kul can be obtained during the Epilogue from Rook in Underdwell. He is located his thrown where you met him during the main story. Use the “Rook’s Antechamber” fast-travel portal to quickly reach him. You will be able to do this in Chapter 19 when Tying up Loose Ends.
