How to get the Hound’s Breachfire?
The Hound’s Breachfire can be obtained from a Golden Chest located in the Ylteum. You can find the chest near West Passage, however, because it’s locked behind a barrier you need the Wardbreaker ability, which you get in Chapter 13 – Collateral.
