How to get the Kalthus Armlet?
The Kalthus Armlet can be obtained from a Golden Chest in Kalthus. The chest is located at the foot of the mountain. Fast Travel to the Abandoned Outpost and make your way towards the elevator that brings you towards Underdwell.
