Previously restricted to higher circles within the orders, its magic is now available to any magnus with talent enough at the forge

How to get the Magnus Burstfire?
The Magnus Burstfire can be obtained from a Golden Chest next to the Guardian Fane located in Ormen. However, in order to open its gate, you do need the Refract ability, which is gained in Chapter 11 – The Binding Mark.
