How to get the Piercer Javelin?
The Piercer Javelin can be obtained from a Golden Chest in Lucium. The chest is located next to the Lordsfell Cliffs fast-travel portal. You will need to master the Grapple ability – which you will obtain in Chapter 8, Exile – in order to access this area.
