How to get the Radiant Vial?
The Radiant Vial can be obtained from a Golden Chest located in Yltheum. The chest is located between the Yltheum Ruins and the Temple of Aristeya. In order to access the chest you need the Wardbreaker ability, which is obtained in Chapter 13.
