Its design was purchased from visitors from beyond the Deepmere in the Middle Twilight, whose lands adorn no map, and have never returned.

How to get the Serene Burstfire?
The Serene Burstfire can be obtained from a Golden Chest located in the Kalthus. You can find the chest underneath the Abandoned Outpost, however, because it’s locked behind a barrier you need the Wardbreaker ability, which you get in Chapter 13 – Collateral.
