How to get the Tor-Adal?
The Tor-Adal can be obtained from a Golden Chest in Kaltus. The chest is located inside the stronghold in Glaivegate. You will have access to this area in Chapter 16, Glaivegate, and need to solve a puzzle in order to unlock the gate.
