How to get the Vial of the Deepmere?
The Vial of the Deepmere can be obtained from a Golden Chest located in Kaltus. The chest is located near the Abandoned Outpost. There is a mirror puzzle located underneath the Red Layline. You will need the Refract ability, which you obtain at the Shrineforge in Chapter 11, in order to solve the puzzle.
