About the Ionic Disruptor:
The Ionic Disruptor is a Legendary Weapon in Borderlands 3 and part of The Director’s Cut. This Jabobs Sniper always spawns with a blade attachment. You can deal shock damage with the blade when you melee enemies and debuff them for 10 seconds. Debuffed Enemies take +100% damage from the Ionic Disruptor. While the shots of the Ionic Disruptor appear to deal AMP damage, they actually don’t. The projectiles actually bypass the enemy’s shield, armor, and boss immunity phases and you can directly attack their life bar, however, if the enemy doesn’t have a red health bar the weapon doesn’t deal any damage. When you do kill an enemy with this weapon they will vaporize and leave behind a cloud of glowing sparkles.

How to get the Ionic Disruptor?
The Ionic Disruptor is a Director’s Cut exclusive Legendary. You can get one by farming Hemovorous the Invincible who is its dedicated loot source. This Raid Boss located in Darkthirst Dominion on Pandora and you will need to pay 500 Eridium to gain access to this fight. It has a 2.5% drop chance but this increases up to 25% when increasing the Mayhem Difficulty.
