How to get the Legendary Nurse Class Mod?
The Legendary Nurse class mod can only be obtained by defeating Tubby enemies at Level 62 or higher in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode.

- +5 Restoration
- Increases Maximum Health and attack allies to heal them for 6% of the attack damage per level.
- +5 Elated
- The player and allies regenerate 1% health per second per level while an enemy is Phaselocked.
- +5 Sweet Release
- Killing an enemy who is currently Phaselocked creates 1 Life Orb per level which automatically seeks out and heals the player and allies.
- +5 Sustenance
- Regenerate 0.4% of missing Health per second per level.
- +5 Suspension
- Increases the duration of Phaselock by 0.5s per level.
