The Legendary Sickle class mod can only be obtained by defeating Tubby enemies at Level 62 or higher in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode.

All variants of the Legendary Sickle class mod grant the following bonuses:
- +5 Empty the Rage
- Increases melee damage; further increases melee damage when shield is depleted or magazine is empty.
- +5 Fuel the Blood
- Kill Skill. Killing an enemy with a melee attack adds 2 stacks of Bloodlust per rank and increases grenade damage by +0.2% per rank for each stack of Bloodlust.
- +5 Silence the Voices
- Increases melee damage and grants a static 12% chance of attacking oneself.
- +5 Taste of Blood
- Getting a kill during Buzz Axe Rampage adds 10 stacks of Bloodlust (+5 more per rank). For every stack of Bloodlust, Damage Reduction during Buzz Axe Rampage is increased by up to 10% per rank.
- +5 Pain is Power
- Increases Weapon and melee damage, decreases critical hit damage.
